Did you reach your customer with the printed circular? Bad-Adz digital circulars were there on time and with updated retailer information. An ad printed ten or more days ago did not tell the real story....what time the store would close. When do we expect the store to reopen?

The ad printed ten or more days ago was obsolete yesterday. If and I say "If" your customer received the printed circular yesterday or today the information fell well short of what your "Call To Action" sales plan could have been in order to build retail sales.

So when its important to touch your customer, think about relaying the most current and therefore relevant information. The more timely the offer the more likely retail sales will result.

Today would be a great day to tell the customer what you might have on sale. With sub zero temperatures and parking lots covered in ice and snow, perhaps you could offer carry out service until things look a little better outside!

Many have asked why I choose to write about what I see in the supermarket industry today and my ideas. At Bad Adz, PreparedFoodPhotos.com & Adlife we believe great ideas and the resulting branding will give new life and direction to any company. So for that reason we chose to open the discussion.

Yes, I understand I probably misspelled something or butchered the English language in a few places, the goal however was to open your minds to new ideas. Many thanks to Sharon Albrizio for her help with this article.
